We all know by now that Palisades Collection Agency is only a front for Asta Funding. Wait a second isn't that what the mafia doe-Palisades Collection is a fictiotious company that collects debts, but how can Asta Funding sell debts to Palisades when they are one and the same person. To me that seems like money laundering, hhhhhhhmmmm. Asta Funding is a publicly traded stock on the NYSE and nowhere do they mention what their true nature is as debt collectors. Are collection agencies and collection agent lawyers allowed to break the law? This is news to me.
