Palisades Collection Agency

In my attempt to vacate the default and also fraudulent Judgement against me I was informed by the court clerk that Palisades Collection Agency LLC and Pressler and Pressler LLP are the same people, same company etc. Things that make you go hmmmm-lol. According to the Defeat Pressler website it is illegal to collect on a debt and then turn around and sue on a debt. It only gets more interesting Asta Funding and Palisades Collection Agency LLC are also the same people; they have the same address, same phone number, same fax number but the Stock for Asta Funding mentions nothing about being listed under a fictitious name other than Asta Funding. I wonder if the New York Stock Exchange knows about Asta Funding and their illegal activity.
