whenever sending letters to these thugs always send them certified/return reciept and file the letters with the green card and slip for your records and evidence should you need it. Don't give them any money or any of your private information to these scumbags. When you send them a validation letter try to find a good one on the internet and fill in the blanks. I will try to post a sample one here that is professional. You only want to send them what they need to know. These collection agents down like to work for a living and try to scare you out of your money like that bully you knew in grade school. Or they try to play on your emotions and if this happens hang up on them don't give them any info or let them get to you. Remember they are LOSERS.
